1 General Provisions

By using 7adc.win and all its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 7adc.

7adc serves only users who are of legal age and permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of their jurisdiction. By using our platform, you confirm that online gaming is legal in your area and that you are doing so of your own free will.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on 7adc, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each person may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be your own and must be active.
• A national ID card or birth registration certificate may be required for account verification.
• No person under the age of 18 is permitted to open or use an account on 7adc.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited.

7adc may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

7adc currently accepts payments via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to both deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our anti-money laundering policy.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 50,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500; withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 7adc may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.

7adc does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are governed entirely by that provider's policies.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7adc offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. Each member may claim this bonus once.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts can generally be withdrawn only after being wagered 10–30 times.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games.
• Maximum Withdrawal: A maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings derived from bonuses.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• All game outcomes are completely random and impartial.
• If a technical error renders a game result invalid, that round may be declared void.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• Exploiting any bugs or errors in gaming software for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7adc. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Attempting to hack, crack, or manipulate gaming software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour towards support staff.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

7adc believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a source of problems. That is why Responsible Gaming is a core part of how we operate.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Session Limit: A session time limit feature is available to help you manage continuous gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break of between 24 hours and 30 days can be taken.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a full account suspension for an extended break.
• Reality Check: Gaming session reminders are available at regular intervals.

8 Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time. Equally, 7adc may close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms or engaging in fraudulent conduct.
• Registering with false information or failing to complete the verification process.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Legal obligations or directives from regulatory bodies.

Any verified balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded, provided it is not connected to fraudulent activity. The refund process may take 3–7 business days to complete.

10 Dispute Resolution & Contact
